Having been in the home industry for most of his life, David Shafer, a home inspector, licensed appraiser and home builder, spent years thinking about this very question. David envisioned a need to create an online resource where he could include some of the best business professionals he has had the proud distinction of working with over the past decade. In the spring of 2009, the first such guide finally went online. And with each successive month, the ‘family’ has continued to grow to better serve the needs of our customers.

Only those businesses that have a proven record of excellence will be included in the partnership. You will see that the number of trades/services is limited so as not to dilute the organization with a large number of similar companies.
