Approval Process

KC Trusted Partners LLC enters into a contract with each of its members that possess the qualifications to perform their business at the highest standard and agree to be held accountable for their actions. Each member, if applicable, will have proper insurance, licensing, and be in good standing with the state(s) in which they do business. This insurance and licensing must also be kept current, with no exceptions. All members must submit renewals prior to the expiration date to keep membership status active. Several online background check programs are used in each company’s approval process for inclusion into KC Trusted Partners LLC. The primary goal is to help the overall integrity of our organization stay true to the consumer by stringently inquiring as to the history of the individual or company specific to felony convictions, ever having filed for bankruptcy or chapter 11, as well as checking to see if there are any past or current judgments. KC Trusted Partners LLC feels that it is very important to open the curtain on businesses so that the public consumer can take a deeper look before making a final and educated decision.

Representation and Warranties

KC Trusted Partners LLC having relied upon the representation, statements and online sources made herein true and correct has agreed to enter into agreement with its members. Members agree and acknowledge that if he/she has falsified or misrepresented any statement herein or any other statement given to KC Trusted Partners LLC in connection with the membership agreement, KC Trusted Partners LLC has the right to terminate their membership. But despite best efforts, mishaps, negligence and misrepresentation can happen without warning and Trusted Partners and its affiliates will not be responsible unfortunate mishaps. Through our approval process, we have gone to great lengths to try to minimize the chances of such occurrences, but we do strongly encourage customers to perform their own background checks, as well. KC Trusted Partners LLC also asks that our customers provide us feedback regarding experiences with members of our organization.
