To provide the absolute best lending experience for every client. I am personally involved from the beginning of your loan process when you apply, all the way through the closing. My 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry has seen the ups and downs and this allows me to use my knowledge of the industry and of the products available to help guide clients through the mortgage process. As a Mortgage Broker, I represent the largest lenders/banks in America and this allows me to place clients with the bank that best fits their mortgage needs. I don't have just One set of Rules, like most loan officers who work for 1 place, when a client doesn't meet the Exact Criteria of one bank that doesn't mean they won't qualify with another! As a small brokerage firm keeping our overhead low allows us to be the most competitive when it comes to interest rate as well as closing costs!
